Back in July Microsoft handed out a developers version of the Windows phone to journalists, and a lot of developers and media were able to get to work on a full review. Based on our review not much has changed since the July preview and the new OS' fall launch. There have been some minor OS software updates but not much to warrant a full outlined spec. So basically, the review is based on whats truly changed since the launch and thru todays version. One of the improvements I am most excited about are the capabilities for Xbox Live and third party applications -- two of the most critical features of this OS.
